2.5 Hour Webinar Course

A webinar course designed to equip employees with practical initiatives to lead a mentally safe workplace.

This interactive and engaging course is designed to equip employees with an understanding of psychosocial hazards in the workplace. Participants will learn to identify and recognise the signs of psychosocial hazards, including bullying, harassment, mental health and develop essential skills to manage them effectively.

Throughout the program, Participants will gain valuable insights into their responsibilities as an employee in preventing and addressing psychosocial hazards. Participants will discover how to:

  • Recognise the warning signs of psychosocial hazards and take proactive steps to prevent them

  • Identify and challenge negative behaviours, including bullying and harassment, and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity

  • Respond effectively when faced with psychosocial hazards in the workplace, including knowing what to say and do to support colleagues

  • Report psychosocial hazards in a timely and confidential manner, ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
