Passionate about enhancing organisational cultures, Kate endeavours to identify and address any cultural issues within companies. She is dedicated to equipping organisations with the tools and training needed to effectively manage employee concerns, advocating for proactive strategies to foster continual improvement. Kate emphasises the importance of middle management training, believing that proactive management is key to preventing issues from escalating to senior management levels.

Eliza Murphy brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Systems Manager, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Management, alongside a Diploma of Nursing. Starting her career in Construction as a Human Resources Coordinator, Eliza seamlessly transitioned into roles within both HR and HSEQ departments. Her passion for employee wellbeing led her to lead the WorkWell Safety Team. With extensive experience in human resources, Eliza is well-equipped to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee welfare within organisations.
Jessica Cant
HSEQ Systems and Wellbeing Advisor
With over 15 years of experience in work health and safety, Jess Cant is a valuable asset to the WorkWell Safety team. Armed with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Safety from RMIT University, along with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Jess provides crucial support in system development, training, and client management. Her expertise and assistance contribute significantly to the team's effectiveness in ensuring workplace safety and wellbeing.
